Last week FORGE. took a trip up to Toronto to interview the lovely Jen Mann at her paint studio. We shared a selection of teas and discussed Art, Literature, The Internet, and Jen’s process for making her work. The 26 year old portrait artist showed off a vast collection of her vibrant and intricately painted pieces, from her past exhibitions, and several new pieces she was still in the process of making.
This interview, along with the interviews done with Caldwell Tanner and Dan Meth earlier this summer, will all be featured as the first few installments of the FORGE. video interview collection and as text in the second issue.
Look out for Caldwell’s interview video coming soon.
