melodyanne asked: How do you put together such complimentary color palettes? Do you decide what colors you are going to use beforehand? I guess what I'm asking is how much of the painting do you have planned before you start? Thanks, and I adore your work. So, so much.
Thanks <3 … I plan most of my work before hand in photoshop - i mess around with colors that i think i want - and just play with my images before i start to paint. when i paint i may exaggerate colors, or add dashes of color here and there but the main colors are pre planned.
